Every public comment on data centers in Imperial County that this library has been able to collect: 282 spoken comments from 13 public meetings, written submissions received by the County and IID, and the board and staff discussion turns on data-center items, December 18, 2025 through September 15, 2026.
This is a library, not an argument. It archives the public record as it exists and takes no position on any project or policy.

How this corpus was made
Spoken comments were transcribed from the County's and IID's official meeting recordings with automated transcription, then speaker-tagged and checked against official minutes and meeting packets where those exist. Written submissions come from the County's online comment portal and official meeting packets. These transcripts are unofficial and may contain errors; the official record is the County's and IID's video and minutes, linked from each session page. Where a speaker could not be confirmed, the entry says so.
